At One McKinney and 17Seventeen McKinney, Daily Coffee cafés will soon create welcoming, everyday gathering spaces designed to enhance the tenant experience. At Brickell Arch, a new True Baristas café will add another layer of energy and connection within the building.

Significant renovations will also continue to shape the next chapter. Millennium Tower will undergo both interior and exterior improvements aimed at refreshing the building and strengthening its presence within the surrounding neighborhood. Interior renovations at Brickell Arch will update shared spaces while maintaining the quality and character that define the property.

Across the portfolio, new conference rooms, fitness centers, and restaurants will be introduced as part of a broader commitment to creating environments that support how people work, connect, and recharge throughout the day.
