Raising the Bar: A Portfolio-Wide Commitment to Better Experiences

From coffee bars to conference rooms, we’re investing in the spaces that make work better.

If you’ve been following along, you’ve probably noticed: something’s happening.

Not all at once, but everywhere.

At One McKinney and 17Seventeen, new Daily Coffee cafés are coming soon, serving coffee from Viewfinder Coffee Roasters and creating a place for tenants to connect, recharge, or take that call away from their desk.

In Miami, Brickell Arch is preparing for a transformation. The lobby is getting reimagined. A new fitness center is taking shape. True Baristas is opening its doors to bring craft coffee and community to the building. And the water court, a signature feature, is being revitalized to create an even more inviting outdoor experience.

Back in Dallas, 17Seventeen isn’t stopping at coffee. A new conference room and café/deli are being added to give tenants more flexibility, more options, and more reasons to make the building their home base.

And coming soon: Millennium Tower will undergo a complete lobby overhaul, upgraded fitness spaces, refreshed exterior areas, and more. A full-scale evolution designed for today’s workplace.

Why Now?

Because the workplace has changed. And we’re changing with it.

Tenants aren’t just looking for space anymore. They’re looking for experience. For amenities that support their teams. For environments that make coming to the office worth it.

These renovations aren’t about keeping up. They’re about raising the standard: creating spaces that feel intentional, energized, and built around the people who use them every day.

More Than Cosmetic

Yes, the finishes will be beautiful. The lobbies will feel fresh. The amenities will be best-in-class.

But what we’re really building is connection.

A coffee shop isn’t just a coffee shop. It’s where teams meet before a big presentation, where someone runs into a neighbor from the floor above, where ideas happen outside the conference room.

A fitness center isn’t just equipment. It’s where people invest in themselves before or after the workday, building routines that make their office building part of their lifestyle.

A renovated lobby isn’t just an entrance. It’s a first impression, a gathering point, and a signal that this is a place that cares about quality.

Building Momentum

This wave of improvements isn’t random. It’s strategic. It’s a reflection of our commitment to the long game: to our properties, our tenants, and the communities we serve.

Because real estate isn’t static. It evolves. And the best portfolios are the ones that evolve with intention.

As each project comes to life, we’ll be sharing updates, behind-the-scenes moments, and the stories of the people making it happen. This is just the beginning.

Stay Tuned

If you’re a tenant in one of these buildings, you’ll see the progress firsthand. If you’re watching from afar, follow along. We’ll keep you in the current.

Because momentum isn’t just something we talk about.

It’s something you can walk into, sit down in, and experience every day.
