Miami, Florida – Gaedeke Group recently welcomed two new tenants to Brickell Arch. Zeru and Worldwide Title will occupy over 5,770 square feet and put the building at 90% leased.

Zeru signed a lease for 4,538 square feet at Brickell Arch. Jonathan Carter with Colliers International brokered the deal and Brickell City Realty represented the tenant.

“We are excited to bring the first US location of this highly acclaimed Mexico City restaurant to Brickell Arch. As a restaurant group, a prime location in the Brickell area of Miami is a must. It is the perfect mix of work and play, and the destination center for high-end restaurants. Add to that the amazing amenities that the building provides, it was the obvious location for us.” said Philippe Moullet, Zeru Managing Partner.

Worldwide Title signed a lease for 1,232 square feet at Brickell Arch. With over 20 years of industry experience, the Worldwide Title team are go-to experts in the Southern Florida luxury real estate and high-value commercial transaction space offering services ranging from titles, to escrow, to closings. Jessica Gorgorio with Real Brokers, LLC represented the tenant and Kirk Fetter brokered the deal on behalf of the landlord, Gaedeke Group.

“Having explored other buildings in the area, Brickell Arch continued to impress us with its superior renovations, gorgeous views, access to amenities like valet, and convenient location. We look forward to continuing growing at the property for years to come.” said Marcie Gregorio, Worldwide Title.
