The newest addition to Millennium Tower is complete and open today. A landscaped outdoor pocket park gives tenants a place to step outside, take a call, or eat lunch in the fresh air, just steps from the building entrance.

An 80-seat expanded conference center paired with an 8-seat round table huddle space, giving tenants the flexibility to host anything from an all-hands to a small strategy session, without booking offsite.
A reimagined lobby anchored by interactive display walls at a monumental scale, bringing moving art and digital storytelling into the space, paired with curated, comfortable furnishings. It sets the tone for the building the moment tenants and guests walk through the door.
A 7,000 SF fitness center outfitted with extensive weight training equipment, high-end cardio machines, and a dedicated yoga and stretching area, built for a full workout without leaving the tower.
Upgraded locker rooms featuring restorative saunas, so tenants can transition from workout to workday feeling completely reset.
A relaxed gathering space built for the moments between meetings, catching up with a colleague, taking a quiet break, or having an informal conversation away from the desk.
A refreshed space built for the small moments in the workday, coffee runs, quick lunches, and the conversations that make the rest of the day easier.
New directional signage paired with proposed colorways for each floor, bringing more character and easier wayfinding to the parking experience from the moment tenants and guests pull in.
